Who is St. Martins Church?
Our Mission Statement
To welcome everyone in the name of Christ;
To Love and serve the Lord;
And to spread the Gospel wherever we may be.
Our Congregation
Our congregation stems locally from Maywood as well as neighboring
towns of Hackensack, Rochelle Park, Oradell, Hasbrouck Heights, Oradell,
and Westwood. On occasion, our extended congregation visit from various
parts of the country - South Jersey, Florida, Arizona and California!
The parishioners of St. Martins unanimously describe themselves
as warm, friendly and are slightly conservative to middle of the
road both liturgically and theologically. Our church school was
rated as being above average and the children participate periodically
in the church services.
Programs and Activities
The parish offers and supports programs and activities other than
those related to our worship. These programs are usually organized
by one of the parish commissions and are intended to strengthen
our fellowship and to increase our parish outreach.
